This site was started by Paul and Robyn, who first started brewing kefir in 2008 and soon fell in love with this fizzy probiotic beverage. After many experiments, and late nights, we started Pollock's Kefir Pop, one of the first commercially bottled kefir beverages in the US, to bring kefir to the masses, and to chefs, customers and stores in NYC, Philly and Brooklyn.
